( M30 The respondents came from eight health regions across the province with the largest representation from Westview followed by Aspen and Lakeland ( Table 4) As expected the largest concentration of respondents came from East Central Alberta Seventy percent of the respondents came from four health regions Westview, Aspen, Lakeland and the East Central Region These regions surround the provincial capital region ( Appendix " R") The farm was the place of residence for 66" o of the respondents while 17% were non- farm ( acreage or in town) We were unable to identify place of residence for 18% of respondents
