Federated Women's Institutes of Canada sent us a note thanking us for the support of the
Hoodless Homestead Upkeep Project. The communication said in part " thank you to all those
members who answered our appeal. Because of your generosity, the Homestead was self- sustaining
for the first time in years." The Hoodless Homestead is the birthplace of the founder of Women's
Institutes.
We also wish to thank everyone for helping with the FWIC Literacy Project.
