demanded "dismantling of Yalta"
that is the revision of decisions
made at the Yalta Conference
which envisaged important measu-re- s
for averting the war threat
from Germany for peaceful coope-ratio- n
of members of the anti-Hitl- er
coalition and the creation
in the next few years of most
essentia! conditions for peace as it
was stated in the joint final do-cume- nt
of the Yalta Conference
signed by the Ieaders of Great
Britain the USA and the USSR on
February 11 1945
The nationalist politicos assiduous-]- y
reiterating propaganda invcn-tion- s
of the capitalist mass media
curse the decisions of the Yalta
Conference At the same time the
nationalists and their publications
keep silent about the Potsdam
Conference held after Germany's
unconditional surrender The rca-so- n
is obvious: in the report on
this conference of the three Allied
powers it was categorically stated
that var criminals and those who
took part in planning or implemen-tatio- n
of nazi-sponsore- d measures
vhich entailcd or resulted in
atrocities or war crimes must be
arrcsted and prosccuted
Scction 7 of the report entitled
"On War Criminals" reads that
the three governments reaffirm
their determinalion to bring these
criminals to justice vvithout delay
That is what cvokes the mortal
fear among the nationalists war
criminals and nazi collaborators
who managed with the connivance
of the West to escape just punish-men- t
Keeping silent about the
decisions taken at the Potsdam
Conference they at the same time
try their best to vhitewash them-selves
to prove what cannot bc
proved For example that SS Divi-sion
"Galizien" has hever belonged
to SS troops
This discovery was made by
Svyatomyr M Fostun editor-in-chie- f
of the nevspaper Ukrainska

It is worth recalling that the name
"lst UD UNA" used by Fostun
vvas given to SS Division "Gali-zien"
in la te April 1945 on the
