It is almost two years since the hearing of the case of murderer and
nazi servant Bohdan Koziy took place in West Palm Beach Florida's
"Gold Coast" Yielding to the pressure of the public filled with indigna-tion
over Koziy's hideous crimes the American authorities had to start
a crimlnal case against hlm and after a three-vvee- k trial even stripped
him of US citizenship
Yet the sentence of the American
court absolves Koziy in effect from
any responsibility for his crimes
for he was charged only with the
deceplion of the U S Immigration
Service and as a Detroit nationa-lis- t
newspaper wrote specifically
with "concealing his service in the
police and membership in OUN "
So the authorities were offended by
Koziy's dishonesty but not by his
participation in murders and tor-ture- s
Counsel for the prosecution from
the United States have repeatedly
visited the Soviet Union and had
the opportunity to read the docu-incnt- s
revealing Koziy's criminal
nor Jerry Brown has no
earlobes and this allegedly
indicates his indifference to
others

foreign policy initiative
is intended to broaden the
basis on which Sweden 's po-licy
of neutrality rests

Sweden may not in future
have the economic resources
to base her neutrality en-tire- ly
on a strong defence
capability instead political
solutions will play a more
prominent role Its recent
actions have disengaged the
Swedish government from a
debate on the desirability of
