Dear Setä,
No -niin, olen tullut takaisin Sud-buryyn
kesälomaltani. Lomani aika­na
olin siellä ja täällä ja se tuntui
hyvin lyhyeltä. Talvi kyllä tuntuu
pitkältä. Täällä Sudburyssa on sata­nut
runsaasti vettä mutta on se pa­rempaa
kuin lumi.
Kun nousin aamulla oli polkupyö­rä
takapihalla. It had buffalo flags
on two homs and lights, but it was
not for me. Some other boy had
parked it in our back yard. I felt
blue and my mother said maybe I'll
get one next summer.
I have not written to this page
for 2 raonths or nearly 3 months.
I am in grade six now.
I was at McKerrow Sept 21. We
went there in the aftemoon and
came back Sunday noon; We had
a nice time, There was a dinner
at the Hall. I had fun. I wa$ sup-iJosed
to help Olga with the pote-toes
but rwas toobusyvat the Hall
getting things ready for the bingo.

saan, niin niistä on lehdessämme
kerrottava, että kaikki suomalaiset
tietävät asiasta. Niin kävi Henryn
kohdalta.
Setäkin toivoo, että torontolaiset
pojat saavat Donin taas tänä vuonna
ohjaajakseen; sillä hän on varmasti
hyvä ja hauska ohjaaja. Setä tapasi
Donin täällä Sudburyssa CPR:n ase­malla
muutama viikko sitten ja hän
kertoi olevan matkalla Torontoon,
joten ehjcä Henryn-" toivomus toteu
uu tai on jo toteutunut
Viime viikolla Setä arveli oikein
että Marleenilla alkaa pian perunan
nosto. Siihen kiireellisimmät farmi-työt
taitavat päättyäkin.
Lillian kirjoittaa taas Sparkette-dubin
toiminnasta tai paremminkin
clubin syystoiminnany alkamisesta.
Toivottovasti kaikki tytöt tulevat
taas tänä talvena mukaan, sillä mi­tä

digging our potatoes yesterday
and we dug six rows. Sylvia and
picked all the six rows but Norman
helped me with a half a row, Then
1 went and got the tractor and we
threw the bags of potatoes on the
wagon and away we went to the
house and put them in the potato
bin. Then we turned the tractor
around and went to the barn and
took off the small potatoes for the
cattle; After that we had supper
Mydad took Norman home and then

One of our cats has four kittens.
They are cute, They have big eyes
already although they are only a
few days old. One is white and
black^ two are gray and the other
one is white with gray spots. We
have 13 cate altogether.
