Kulngan korkeatasoiset tanssi esi­tykset,
jolta katsellessa täällä viime
talvena oli kansa suuresti haltiois­saan.
Ja eräskin mies päätteli että
hän maiksaisi vaikka viisi dollaria
pääsylipusta Jos saisi nähdä sen uu­delleen.

Olivatkin.

It is now my. tuni to write to the
Vapaus from Tarmola. There are mar
ny enjoyable things happening around
here. Last Sunday we had "pikku lilt-tpjuhlat"
here. The Toronto glrls and
St. Cathorines girls did gym here. So­me
giris staying at camp did gym ai-

at South Porcuplne for I am
going there.
One day as we were g:oIng to the
post-office a small girl named Sharron
swa]lo>ved a quarter. Luckily it caused
no trouble.
On PrIday we went to Dead Man's
Cltff on a picnic. When we' were a
little way8 from there I noticed two
trecs shaped like a gateway. I christ-ened
it "The Gateway to Heaven".
On Monday we are going to River
Bend to swim. It it a wonderfuI place.
• Wc are going to have a newspaper
here. We have to pick a committce and
a name. I just recently thought of one.
I have now nm out of writing mate­ria!
so the next one will come along

I feel ashamed to wrlte now that I
haven't written for ä long time. I hope
everyone has been enjoying thelr holi-days.
I certainly have. I have been
playing croquet, swimming, going to
shows and of course, löts of playing
and not working;
There was ä sale here on Thurs.,
Fri, and Sat. We went Saturday after-noon.
Mom bought me ä suit. blouse
and pair pf shiort sockees. My suit
cost $3.98 but the original price was
$9.95 so I certainly got ifchcap. It is
green. Violet got one, too, but hers is
biue.

the water wasn't warm enough for
me- I tried to 5wim but just the same
I fclt cold.
I went to scc "Ma and Pa Kettle Go
To Towh" on Thursdäy. Gee, It was

us $1 each if we finish them before

My father's is on Saturday.

the Tyceum.

kehitetty edelleen ja eräs toinen
menetelmä, jonka avulla voidaan siir­tää
niyös keuhkot oliosta toiseen on jo
teoriassa selvä. Näistä lääketieteen
saavutuksista on prof. MazajeV kerto­nut
eräässä luennossaan.

kesäkuumista huolimatta.
Pojilta vain ei saada oikein montaa
kirjettä, ainoastaan kaksi tälläkin
viikolla. En tiedä m&si pojat ovat
laiskempia kirjeiden kirjoittajia kuin
tytöt, missähän mahtaa olla syy?
Pistäydyin Työn Puistossa lauan­taina
ja voi sitä lasten paljoutta!
Siellä oli silloin lasten leirin päättä­jäisjuhla
Ja lapset itse esittivät kai­kenlaista
ohjelmaa kuten laulua, pia­non
soittoa, ym. Ujous vaivasi hiukan
toisia mutta hyvin he-silti ohjelmansa
suorittivat.
Sehän oli kaunis runo jonka keksit.
Lempi.
Onnittelumme HowardlUe kun hän
sijoittui ensimmäiseksi luokaszadn
vuoden loputtua.
Normalla on varmasti haiskaa kun
hän matkustaa liittojuhlaan South
Porcuplneen. Aikooiko moni muu per­heen
nuorempi lähteä shme?
