1 KOMINISIINEN NUORISOLIITTO JA jpJESTgNUOMT
Kominteniiii tp. komitean organisatsionijaos-ton
päätöslauselmia kommimistisesta
lasten liikkeestä
1. Kommnnistlnen lasten^ liike,
mikä on keliittynyt oseimnnssa En-ropan
snnnnaissa ja Amerikassa,
Neovostotasavaltain Uitossa j a itämailla,
on vairsin sonrmerkitykselli-nen
koramunifitipaolueille, silla sen
ävidla ; hatrjotetaan vallanknmouk-selliseksi
nousevaa, stmrsodan jälkeistä
sukupolvea. Kommunistipuolueille
on täten : kommunistinen
lasten liike kysymys vallankumouksellisten
ydinjoukkojen tulevaisuudesta.
Sen lisäksi aktiiviset lapset
voivat kommunistien ^ johdannan a-laisina
viedä luokkataistelun kouluihin^
ryhtyä taistelemaan porvarillisten
koulujen ideologiaa vastaan
j a kehittyä proletaarisia luokkatietoisuutta
tyoläislasten keskuudessa.
1?amän tähden on kommu-liistipnolueittenkaildssai
maissa an-ikettava
erikoista huomiota tälle
toiminnan alalle j a autettava kommunistista
nuorisoljittoavtySn raskaan
raatajain lasten yhdistämisess
ä ' j a opettaa- heitä-kommunistisessa
hengessä.
> 2; Kommunistipuolue johtaa kom-munista
lasten -liikettä: kommunistisen
nuorisoliiton kantta, mikä voi
tähän toimintaan asettaa semmoi-
'sia nuoria voimia, jotka ovat lähellä
lapsia ja jotka jo omaavat
melkoisen määrän Jcokemusta tällä
sialla. ' . ' '
Kominternin tp. komitean orga-nisatsionijaosto
pitää kommtanisti-eelle
lasten liikkeelle oikeana sitä
pohjaa, minkä Kommunistisen nuo-risokansainvälisenv

jonkkotoiminnan tulee pohjustua
lasten konkreettisiin yaatimuksiin:
taisteluun - porvarillisen vkoulun ideo-lo^
aa vastaan, ja lasten taloudellisen
asieman parantamisen puolesta;
Näitten • konkreettisten vaatimusten
yhdistäminen proletariaatin yleisiin
vaatimuksiin j a aikuisten proletaarien
järjeslojen antama tuki lasten
liikkeelle, ovat kiistämättömiä eh.
töja koko työn onnistumiselle.
' 3. Kominternin tp. komitean or-ganisatsionijaosto;
on tehnyt ;senbar^,
vainnon, että tähän saakka ovat u-seimmat
-kommunistipuolueet antdr
neet lasten liikkeelle .kerrassaan
liian vähä huopiiota. iSiksipä kellottaa
organisatsionijaosto Komin-,
ternin , kaikkien jaostojen korjaamaan
tämän heikkouden aivan lähitulevaisuudessa.
