lasten liikkeestä
1. Kommnnistlnen lasten^ liike,
mikä on keliittynyt oseimnnssa En-ropan
snnnnaissa ja Amerikassa,
Neovostotasavaltain Uitossa j a itä­mailla,
on vairsin sonrmerkitykselli-nen
koramunifitipaolueille, silla sen
ävidla ; hatrjotetaan vallanknmouk-selliseksi
nousevaa, stmrsodan jäl­keistä
sukupolvea. Kommunisti­puolueille
on täten : kommunistinen
lasten liike kysymys vallankumouk­sellisten
ydinjoukkojen tulevaisuu­desta.
Sen lisäksi aktiiviset lapset
voivat kommunistien ^ johdannan a-laisina
viedä luokkataistelun kou­luihin^
ryhtyä taistelemaan porva­rillisten
koulujen ideologiaa vas­taan
j a kehittyä proletaarisia luok­katietoisuutta
tyoläislasten keskuu­dessa.

yhdistäminen proletariaatin yleisiin
vaatimuksiin j a aikuisten proletaa­rien
järjeslojen antama tuki lasten
liikkeelle, ovat kiistämättömiä eh.
töja koko työn onnistumiselle.

-kommunistipuolueet antdr
neet lasten liikkeelle .kerrassaan
liian vähä huopiiota. iSiksipä ke­llottaa
organisatsionijaosto Komin-,
ternin , kaikkien jaostojen korjaa­maan
tämän heikkouden aivan lähi­tulevaisuudessa.
Kommunistipuolu-eitten
<ja kommunististen nuoi;iso-liittojeil;
toiminta lasten keskuudes­sa^
tulee muodostua- seuraavanlaisel­le
konkreettiselle pohjalle;
a) Kommunistisen nuorisoliiton
toimintaa lasten keskuudessa on p i ­dettävä
systemaattisen , valvonnan
alaisena; se voi parhaiten tapahtua
taasen siten, että puolueen hallinto­elimissä
(alimmista: ylimpään) kes­kustellaan
lasten ^liikkeestä, pide­tään
eriko&ia puoluejäsenten neu­vottelukokouksia
(erikoisesti opet-ta
jäin kesken); ja pitämällä varsi­naisia
puolueen neuvottelukokouk­sia,
joissa suunnitellaan käytännpl^
lisiä menetelmiä lasten liikkeen tu-keiniseksi.
b) Valistustyössämme on pamos-tettava
sitä seikkaa, kuinka tärkeää
ja välttämätöntä on : laa^akantt^inen
työ 'lasten kommunistisen, harjotuk^
senv puolesta;, samaten kommunis-^
tien lasten osanoton välttämättä-myytfä
kommunistisiin lasten järjes^
töihin ;-';lehdis|^ösBämme on julaista-va
erikoisia lasten liikettä käsitte­leviä,
tunnettujen'.' xpuoluetoimitsi-jain
kirjotuksia^ varattava verikoisia
palstoja : A kommunistista;; lasten . l i i ­kettä
varten; julkaistava lasten kir­jeitä,

c) Määrätä' puolueen käytettä\
:vis8ä olevia voimiav toimimaan ilas^
ten .liikkeet! johtavina eliminä (las­ten
jaostoissa, -lasten komissioneissa.

d) Harjottaa aktiivisia'toimitsi­joita
kommunistista lasten liikettä;

ohjelmaan sisällytetään kysymys

e johtajia aktiivisista kommunistir
sen nuorisoliiton jäsenistä.
e) Lasten kurjuutta, kodittoniuct-ta>.

kommunististen edustajain herättää
parlamenteissa, ammattiyhdistyksisr
säi opettajain järjestöissä j a muis­sa
samansuuntaisissa laitoksissa. :

tojen liiton lasten toiminnan menes­tyminen;
autettava kapitalististen
maitten lapsia pääsemään yhteyteen
Neuvostotasavaltojen liiton lasten
kanssa kir jevaihdon y. m. - avulla;
näitä on tehtävä samassa yhteydessä
kuin, yleensä toimitaan Neuvostota­savaltojen
liiton puolesta.
g) Kommunistista lasten liikettä
on aineellisesti: autettava sitenj^et^
t ä . varsinaisista tai ylimääräisistä
jäsenmaksuista, j a kolehdeista luo^
vutetaan määrätty prosentti sen
hyväksL Lasten liiton käytettävä­nä
olevat, varat on -käytettävä kir­jallisuuden
kustantamiseen, lasten
sanomalehtien ja aikakausjulkaisu­jen
tukemiseen, ja myös aktiivis-'
ten jäsenten?-- kouluutiiskustännuk-siinsiin
(kuten kurssien, konferens­sien
y. m. pitämiseen) sekä erinäis­ten
joukkoryntäyksien alottamiseen.

lasien toiminnan^ luon­teesta,:

käytännöllisellä tavalla toteutta­maan
ylläesitettyjä seikkoja.
6. Niissä maissa,^ joissa^ ei vielä
ole kommunistista lasten liikettä tai
jöissar se on ; vielä* varsin 'heikkoa
(kuten Puolassa, rTshekkoslovakias-sa.
Itävallassa, Bellassa," Italiassa,
y.: mi), tiilee kommunistipuolueitten
kaikilla mahdollisilla keinoilla ryh­tyä
kehittämään kommunistista las­ten
liikettä.

A Short Story of College Life

the first time he had • ever missed,

graduates of The College. It was
Commencement week in a college
town and the traditional "Old
Grand" promenade was on. '

to none f or education-promotion in
the T*orld, displayed for publicity
